Healthy Bean Ltd is a essential provider of Workwear, Footwear, PPE and Hygiene in the UK. We are seeking a highly motivated, quick learner, independent and easy to work with team member. We require the individual to have 1–2 years of experience in SEO/Digital Marketing experience.
The current Marketing and IT team set up comprises a Senior Web Developer (Team Leader) and a Marketing Associate based in India.
This individual will have high exposure to the Senior Team in London and working on projects for major authorities and private organisations. It is a very exciting opportunity to join Healthy Bean Ltd, at a time at which we continue to grow quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
- Improve organic rankings, traffic, and website performance
- Manage backlinks, citations, and link-building campaignsOptimize product pages, landing pages, and website contentMonitor Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, and SEO reportsAssist in running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Creative thinker with graphic design experience (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) and the ability to create marketing creatives, social media posts, and website graphics.
- Coordinate with designers/developers for website improvements
- Create SEO-friendly content, blogs, and marketing copy
- Track KPIs including rankings, CTR, conversions, and traffic growth
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in SEO/Digital Marketing
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console
- Basic understanding of WordPress, Shopify, or WooCommerce
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Understanding of backlink strategies and local SEO
- Good communication and content-writing skills (English)
- Basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge is a plus
