Role Overview
We are looking for a College Partnerships Executive who has experience working with colleges and student networks and can drive end-to-end outreach, partnerships, and student engagement.
This role combines sales + marketing, with a strong focus on building relationships, onboarding colleges, and driving participation across programs and internships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with colleges, universities, and student communities
- Build strong relationships with TPOs, faculty, and student coordinators
- Onboard colleges for webinars, workshops, internship programs, and collaborative initiatives
- Promote programs and drive student registrations, participation, and conversions
- Execute outreach campaigns via calls, WhatsApp, and social media
- Follow up with leads and ensure maximum conversions
- Maintain long-term partnerships for repeat collaborations
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in college outreach/partnerships/education marketing
- Mandatory: Prior experience working with colleges or student communities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven with focus on results and revenue generation
