We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and support the organization's information technology infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, networks, software applications, and IT equipment while providing timely technical support to employees and ensuring the security and reliability of IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Monitor and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, internet connectivity, and Wi-Fi systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and system access permissions.
- Perform regular system updates, data backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance.
- Maintain antivirus, firewall, and cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data.
- Support audio-visual equipment for meetings, classrooms, and events.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and software license records.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement, repairs, and maintenance services.
- Document IT procedures, system configurations, and support activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and data security standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to IT infrastructure.
QualificationsEssential
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking concepts, and computer hardware.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), CCNA, or equivalent.
- Experience with cloud services, virtualization, and cybersecurity tools.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), ERP systems, or educational technology platforms is an advantage.
