1. Basic understanding of automobile products (Both MSIL and competitors).
2. Knowledge of current schemes, offers and eligibility.
3. Basic understanding of vehicle financing and service schedules.
4. Should be tech-savvy and able to handle digital equipment /tools used to improve productivity and efficiency.
5. Should have a customer-focused approach and empathy towards customer grievances.
6. Detailed understanding of ARENA Values and Standards.
7. Should be fluent in the local language and English.
8. Should have basic computer skills.
9. Should have good communication skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
