Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead – Content who can architect, lead, and scale high-impact training and quality content aligned with QP-NOS frameworks, Sector Skill Councils (SSC), and government standards.
This role is not just about content creation — it is about building systems, frameworks, and scalable learning ecosystems that support large-scale skilling and workforce transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Quality Oversight
- Translate program requirements (from QPs, SSCs, and government mandates) into structured content development plans.
- Establish frameworks and templates that ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance.
- Lead creation of Participant Handbooks, Faculty Guides, PPTs, assessments, and training aids.
- Review and refine content for accuracy, accessibility, and learner engagement.
- Ensure every output meets quality benchmarks and client/SSC guidelines.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of content writers, editors, and instructional designers
- Build a high-performance content ecosystem
- Drive capability building and continuous skill enhancement
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with subject matter experts, research heads, and government/industry stakeholders.
- Ensure content accuracy, contextual alignment, and adherence to sectoral standards.
Knowledge Systems & Repository
- Build a centralized content repository
- Ensure:
- Reusability
- Version control
- Structured documentation
- Support scalable delivery across multiple programs
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Track training effectiveness and learner outcomes
- Integrate feedback loops into content upgrades
- Stay updated with:
- Instructional design trends
- SSC updates
- Compliance frameworks
Eligibility Criteria : Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
Experience
- 6+ years in content development
- Strong exposure to QP-NOS / SSC ecosystem (MANDATORY)

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
