Job Title: AGM / DGM– Operations (Coco Peat)
1. Manage overall Coco Peat factory operations and production.
2. Achieve production targets with optimum manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
3. Monitor chipping, sieving, drying, compressing, and packing processes.
4. Ensure export quality standards, including moisture, EC, pH, and expansion.
5. Manage supervisors, operators, and workers and ensure workplace discipline and safety.
6. Coordinate raw material procurement, finished goods, packing, storage, and dispatch.
7. Monitor production costs, utilities, wastage, and implement cost-saving measures.
8. Coordinate operations across multiple Coco Peat units.
9. Standardize processes and implement best practices across units.
10. Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational MIS reports.
11. Coordinate with HR, Finance, Purchase, Logistics, Quality, and Sales teams.
12. Handle operational issues and drive continuous improvement.
13. Travel to different units as required.
Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Agriculture, Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 12–15 years in manufacturing/operations; Coco Peat, Coir, Agro Export, Animal Feed, Fertilizer, Rice Mill, Flour Mill, or Oil Mill experience preferred.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
