Job Overview
We are looking for energetic and experienced Customer Support & Upsell Professionals to join our team in DN Nagar, Andheri West, Mumbai. In this role, you will handle inbound/outbound calls from US customers, assist them with their inquiries, pitch service processing fees, and securely execute payment transactions.
Experience: 6 Months – 3 Year in International BPO
What We’re Looking For
✔ Prior experience in a US Voice Process (International BPO)
✔ Excellent spoken English communication skills
✔ Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook ( Email )
✔ Comfortable working night shifts
✔ Candidates residing in Mumbai suburbs preferred
✔ HSC or Graduate in any stream
Location: Candidates residing in Mumbai (preferably Western Suburbs/easy commute to DN Nagar, Andheri W, Mumbai).
