We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing digital marketing agency. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in sales and client relationship management, combined with a solid understanding of digital marketing services.
Role Objective:
To drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing revenue for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience:
- 2–7 years of relevant experience in business development or sales

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
