Job Description
We are hiring Collection Executives for an International US Voice Process based in Thane, Mumbai. Candidates with experience in US collections, debt recovery, accounts receivable, or international voice processes are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in International US Collections or US Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding outstanding payments and overdue accounts.
- Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining professional customer relationships.
- Follow up on delinquent accounts and ensure timely collections.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate collection notes.
- Meet individual and team collection targets while adhering to company policies and compliance requirements.
- Resolve customer concerns related to payments and account status.
