About the Role
We are looking for proactive, detail-oriented interns to join our Procurement and Operations team. This is a fast-paced role where you will be the bridge between Vidushi Infotech’s operational needs and the external partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for scouting, vetting, and onboarding top-tier vendors across multiple business functions—from IT staffing to legal services.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary goal is to build a robust and complaint-vendor database. Your focus areas will include:

Market Research & Identification: Find high-quality vendors for:
- IT Human Resources: Recruitment and Staff Augmentation across various tech stacks.

Corporate Services: Travel booking agencies and Hotel/Stay partners.

Tech Partners: IT Solution Providers (Web, Mobile, and Software Development).

Marketing: Digital Marketing agencies.

Professional Services: Legal and Compliance firms.

Logistics: Office supply vendors and facility management.

Evaluation & Vetting: Conduct initial screenings to ensure vendors meet our quality, pricing, and scalability standards.

Process Management: Execute the established Vendor Onboarding Process, ensuring all documentation and due diligence are completed accurately.

Compliance: Verify that all identified partners qualify under the company’s internal governance and ethical standards.

Database Management: Maintain an organized tracker of all potential and "ready-to-use" vendors.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of procurement/vendor management processes

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
