Zinnov is a global management consulting firm that helps organizations make decisions that actually get used — and deliver results that matter. For over two decades, we’ve partnered with leading enterprises, high-growth technology companies, and investors to answer some of the toughest questions they face:
Our work shapes market entry strategies, global operating models, M&A decisions, and long-term growth bets. We’re known for being data-led, execution-focused, and outcome-driven — not opinion-heavy slideware.
At Zinnov, how you work matters as much as what you deliver. We value independent thinking, crisp communication, and early ownership. With 450+ professionals across 10 global offices, we work across industries including Digital Services, ER&D, Enterprise Software, Semiconductors, Healthcare, BFSI, Automotive, Media & Telecom, and Private Equity.
Zinnov isn’t for everyone. It’s for people who want steep learning curves, honest feedback, and the chance to see their work influence real business decisions — not just presentations.
Why Globalization Excellence (GE)
Zinnov’s Globalization Excellence (GE) practice helps enterprises build and scale Global Capability Centres (GCCs) end-to-end — from Design & Discovery to Build, Scale, and Run.
In GE, you don’t work in silos. You:
- Own complex, end-to-end client journeys
- Work across GCC advisory, managed services, and BOT / outsourcing models
- Influence leadership decisions that shape long-term talent and operating strategies
This is where strategy meets execution — and where talent plays a defining role.
About the Role
Zinnov is building a category-defining Agentic AI Operating Platform for Global Capability Centers (GCCs) — enabling enterprises to design, run, and optimize GCCs with speed, data, and outcome focus (replacing slow transitions, opaque ROI, and fragmented execution).
As a Product Manager, you will own end-to-end product definition and delivery — translating GCC pain points into workflows, agentic AI-driven recommendations, and a customer-tested MVP that can scale into a production-grade platform. This role is designed for a 0 1 product builder who thrives in ambiguity, operates with high execution rigor, and can align stakeholders across leadership, advisory, engineering, and design-partner customers.
What You’ll Do
Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
- Own the product roadmap for the Zinnov GCC Agentic AI Platform, including MVP scope and phased releases.
- Translate GCC pain points (transition delays, delivery gaps, unclear ROI) into clear product workflows and product priorities.
- Define the “why now / why this” narrative for prioritization decisions and trade-offs.
PRDs, User Journeys & Requirements
- Write PRDs, user journeys, and acceptance criteria with strong clarity and edge-case thinking.
- Define outcomes, success metrics, and instrumentation requirements (adoption, repeat usage, time-to-value).
- Ensure every feature ties back to measurable business outcomes (speed, cost, productivity).
Cross-functional Delivery Leadership
- Work closely with engineering, AI/data science, QA, and DevOps to ship on aggressive timelines.
- Own execution cadence: sprint planning readiness, dependency tracking, risk management, and release coordination.
- Drive quality through tight scope management, clear definitions of done, and disciplined backlog hygiene.
Design Partner Validation & Rapid Iteration
- Partner with 5–6 design-partner customers to validate use cases, run pilots, and iterate rapidly.
- Convert customer feedback into actionable product improvements while protecting platform coherence.
- Build strong “voice of customer” loops to refine positioning and product-market fit.
Agentic AI & Benchmark-led Decisioning
- Shape how agentic AI and proprietary benchmarks drive decisions — not just dashboards.
- Work with AI/data teams to define recommendation workflows, confidence signals, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Ensure trust, explainability, and usability are built into the product experience.
GTM Support & Product Storytelling
- Support product positioning, demos, and early GTM narratives for GCC leaders and enterprise buyers.
- Create crisp demo flows and customer-facing narratives that communicate value and outcomes.
Partner with internal teams to build launch assets and rollout plans for pilot
What You Bring
Qualifications & Experience
- 6–10+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, data platforms, AI/ML products, or enterprise software.
- Experience building 0 1 products or early-stage platforms (concept to MVP to production).
- Comfortable working with AI/analytics and complex enterprise workflows.
- Exposure to GCCs, enterprise IT, talent platforms, or consulting-led products is a plus.
Key Skills
- Strong execution mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity and make fast, high-quality decisions.
- Excellent product thinking: problem framing, workflow design, prioritization, and outcome definition.
- Strong stakeholder management and crisp communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Customer obsession with disciplined discovery, validation, and iteration.
- Data-driven approach to adoption, retention, and product performance measurement.
What Success Looks Like
- MVP is live with pilot customers in 2026 with strong engagement and clear feedback loops.
- Production release is delivered by August with reliable platform quality and readiness.
- Clear linkage between GCC actions and business outcomes (speed, cost, productivity) is visible in the product.
- Strong adoption and repeat usage by GCC leaders driven by decisioning value — not reporting.
- High stakeholder confidence through predictable execution, crisp narratives, and disciplined prioritization.
If you enjoy building 0 1 enterprise products, turning complex GCC problems into agentic AI-driven workflows, and shipping customer-tested platforms that deliver measurable business outcomes — this role offers both impact and growth.
