About the Role
This is a full-time role for a Practice Leader – Captive. The Practice Leader will oversee and manage recruitment processes, focusing on sourcing and vetting candidates for specific needs. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, providing leadership to recruitment teams, devising innovative hiring strategies, and ensuring seamless fulfillment of talent needs. The role requires collaboration with clients and stakeholders to optimize hiring processes and enhance candidate experiences. We are building a high‑performance recruiting practice in Jaipur focused on hiring for Captives across India. As the Practice Leader, you will run this recruiting POD like your own business — sign new clients, own delivery, client relationships, revenue, and team growth. You will scale the POD as you grow the practice. You will work closely with the owners who are experts in field of outsourcing and captives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and candidate sourcing
- Strong relationship management, stakeholder communication, and client engagement skills
- Ability to lead and mentor recruitment teams, ensuring efficient processes and performance
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies and tools, as well as proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to develop and execute innovative hiring strategies
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in recruitment or staffing, preferably within a captive or similar environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Key Responsibilities
- Establish new client base
- Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for clients
- Lead sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closures
- Run weekly client calls and manage relationships
- Build and mentor a small team of recruiters
- Drive revenue and meet monthly placement targets
- Use technology to scale output
- Collaborate with Micro‑Captive Setup team for ramp‑ups
- Expand business within existing accounts
What You Bring
- 2 –12 years of staffing industry experience
- Experience with recruiting in captive setting preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage clients independently
