Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled
IAM Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to support and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with
Informatica IAM (or Informatica-related identity governance solutions), user lifecycle management, access provisioning, authentication, and security compliance.
The candidate will work closely with application teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to ensure secure and compliant identity and access management processes.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide L2/L3 support for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications.

Support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes.
-
Administer user accounts, roles, groups, and entitlements.

Troubleshoot IAM-related incidents and resolve access issues within SLA.
-
Support role-based access control (RBAC) implementation and maintenance.

Perform access reviews, certification campaigns, and audit remediation.
-
Investigate authentication and authorization issues.
-
Collaborate with application owners and infrastructure teams to onboard applications into the IAM platform.

Monitor IAM services and proactively resolve operational issues.

Participate in change, release, and problem management activities.

Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.

Support security audits and ensure compliance with organizational security policies.

Required Experience-
3–5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Experience supporting enterprise IAM environments.

Hands-on experience with user provisioning, access management, and role administration.

Experience working with Active Directory and LDAP.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow.
-
Experience supporting security and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications-
Experience with Informatica IAM or other Identity Governance platforms.

Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

Experience with SSO and MFA technologies.

Understanding of cloud identity management concepts.

ITIL Foundation Certification.

Security certifications such as Security+, SC-300, or equivalent are an added advantage.

Education-

Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have hands-on IAM support experience with strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, RBAC, Active Directory, and security best practices. Experience with Informatica IAM and enterprise IAM environments will be highly preferred.
