Role & Responsibilities:
- Problem-Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily, in-shift operations for both front-of-house (service) and back-of-house (kitchen) to ensure smooth functioning.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate employees to maintain high morale and service standards.
- Customer Experience: Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction to build positive brand reputation.
- Financial Control: Manage budgets, track revenue and expenses, control operational costs, and identify areas to reduce waste.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor stock levels, order food and supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
