We are known for delivering personalized travel experiences and exceptional customer service. We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.
- Handle inbound travel inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Explain tour itineraries, pricing, inclusions, visa requirements, and promotional offers.
- Follow up with leads received from social media, website, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking confirmations.
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Upsell hotels, sightseeing, transfers, travel insurance, and other travel services.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Tele Sales, preferably in the Travel Industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi or Gujarati is an added advantage.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduate preferred.
