Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day maintenance activities for residential/commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other maintenance-related systems while maintaining safety and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair work for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil issues.
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems regularly to identify maintenance needs.
- Handle breakdowns and emergency repair work promptly.
- Maintain DG sets, water pumps, lighting systems, and basic HVAC systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for major repair work.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed properly.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and service reports.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations.
- Respond to tenant/customer complaints related to maintenance issues.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance tools and materials.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and maintenance practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Qualification
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 4–5 years of maintenance experience in real estate, residential societies, commercial buildings, or facility management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
