We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Officer with 2+ years of experience in factory HR operations to join our team at Valsad.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ End-to-end Recruitment and Onboarding
✅ Payroll Processing and Attendance Management
✅ Statutory Compliance and Labour Law Compliance
✅ Factory HR Administration
✅ Coordination and Support during Internal & External Audits
✅ Employee Engagement and Grievance Handling
✅ Contract Labour Management
✅ Maintaining HR Documentation and Records
✅ Liaison with Government Authorities as required
✅ Performance Management and Employee Relations
Requirements:
✔Bachelor's/Master's Degree in HR, Management, or related field
✔Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing/factory environment, preferably in the packaging industry.
✔Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and payroll processes
✔Experience handling audits and compliance requirements
✔Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
