In this role, you will support business activities across the region. You will assist in planning and driving channel development initiatives, helping to accelerate overall business growth.
- You will execute the MBR/BRO retail visibility and activation blueprint (including signage, POSM, planogram standards, and overall retail experience).
- You will lead end-to-end planning of focused campaigns, ensuring seamless ATL and BTL integration.
- You will design and execute shop activation playbooks, new outlet onboarding kits, and periodic refresh programs.
- You will develop and own the performance measurement framework, covering metrics such as coverage, throughput, penetration, and other key indicators.
- You will track ROI on trade marketing spends, schemes, and activations, and recommend data-driven optimization actions.
- You will build a structured intelligence framework to track competitor pricing, schemes, service offerings, retail formats, and execution quality.
- You will map the MBR universe—including size, segmentation, retailer economics, and customer purchase behavior—to refine and strengthen strategy.
- You will act as the primary link between Channel Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and Agencies for all MBR initiatives.
- You will align regional CDMs and Sales teams on quarterly priorities, commercial constructs, and activation calendars.
- You will ensure flawless execution of initiatives while maintaining continuous feedback loops from the field.
- You will define and implement key building blocks for Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, along with physical enablers that drive business growth and sustainability.
- You will manage and optimize channel strategies to maximize sales, market share, and overall performance, working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment.
- You will analyze sales data (sell-in, sell-through, and retail data) to identify distribution gaps, emerging opportunities, and potential risks.
- You will provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance channel performance and close sales gaps.
