Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, Apache Spark, Scala.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Spark, Scala.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues within distributed systems.
- Ability to work with large-scale data processing frameworks and optimize performance.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining high availability of critical business applications.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques.
