Job description:
1.Designation (Role):- Production Supervisor ( Press Shop )
2.Department (Functional Area) :- Production
3. Reporting To: - HOD
4.Company/Working Location: - Moraiya, Ahmedabad (Gujarat)
5.Salary:- .3.00 LPA - 3.84 LPA
6. Qualification :-. -Diploma - Mechanical / ITI
7. Experience :- 2 Year Plus
Job Responsibilities:
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, and control daily press shop production activities.
- Ensure smooth operation of Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Power Press machines.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and PPC teams to meet production schedules.
- Monitor product quality and minimize rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Analyze production issues and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and performance data.
- Supervise machine operators and shop floor manpower.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S, and Kaizen practices.
- Support tool setup, die changeover, and process optimization activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
