Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and social media platforms.
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
- Schedule and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Meet monthly hiring targets
Good To Have:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
