Corporate Sales Executive/ Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing corporate tie-ups, and managing a portfolio of key accounts to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate clients and partners across target industries
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Drive corporate tie-up initiatives — including bulk deals, institutional partnerships, and B2B alliances
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closure
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless client onboarding and servicing
- Prepare and present customized proposals, presentations, and business cases to prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM tools
- Keep up with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–5 years of proven experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or business development in Hotel and service apartment field (Specially for GGN location)
- Strong understanding of hotel room sales, corporate contracting, and business travel segments.
- Must have their own leads and good network in corporates, relocation agency and TA
- Strong track record of meeting sales targets and managing corporate accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport with senior-level stakeholders and C-suite executives
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
