- Atend and counsel clients regarding skin, hair, and laser treatments.
- Understand client concerns and recommend suitable treatment packages.
- Explain procedures, benefits, pricing, and post-treatment care.
- Coordinate with doctors and technicians for smooth patient management.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients for appointments and conversions.
- Maintain client records and consultation details.
- Achieve monthly sales and consultation targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Handle walk-in clients, calls, and online inquiries professionally.
