Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
Meet prospective clients and present company services
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
✔ 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Experience in IT Services, Digital Marketing, or Software Sales preferred
✔ Strong client relationship management skills
✔ Target-driven and self-motivated professional
