Modern Theory is looking for a HR Intern who is passionate about people, recruitment, and building a positive work culture. If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy working with people, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources.
This is a 6-month internship, which also serves as a probation period. Based on your performance, you'll have the opportunity to join us as an HR Executive.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across various job portals and social media platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees and interns.
- Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and HR-related documentation.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Internship Details
- Duration: 6 Months (Probation Period)
- Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Location: Remote
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Growth Opportunity: Performance-based confirmation as junior HR Executive after successful completion of the internship.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
