Role: Business Development Executive – Offline Sales

Role Description
- Hunt new business: Identify gyms, studios, corporates, hotels, and dealers for fitness equipment
- Field sales: Do product demos, site visits, and close deals in person
- Pipeline to revenue: Build prospect lists, qualify leads, and achieve monthly targets
- Client solutions: Understand client needs and recommend the right equipment
- End-to-end coordination: Work with ops, service, and accounts for orders, delivery, and after-sales
- Relationship + CRM: Maintain client relationships, track activities in CRM, and drive repeat/upsell
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years in B2B field sales. Fitness equipment / health / retail preferred
- Sales skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills for face-to-face selling
- Commercial sense: Understand pricing, margins, sales funnel, and revenue goals
- Target driven: Self-motivated with a proven record of meeting sales targets
- Tools: Comfortable with CRM, MS Office, and regular travel across Mumbai
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
