Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and final offer rollout.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.
- Good Knowledge on Embedded and IT recruiting.
