We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect to lead the design and coordination of diverse architectural projects, including commercial, residential, hospitality, and resort developments. The ideal candidate will possess strong design capabilities, technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to oversee projects from concept development.
- Lead architectural design development for commercial, residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and resort projects.
- Develop innovative and practical design solutions that align with client requirements, project budgets, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare concept designs, schematic designs, design development drawings, and presentation materials.
- Ensure high-quality architectural design standards throughout all project phases.
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and space planning.
- Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and authority requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members.
- Review and approve design outputs before submission.
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Present design proposals and project updates to clients.
- Understand client needs and translate them into functional and aesthetically appealing architectural solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project execution.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
