Job Summary
We are hiring Architects at multiple levels (Fresher, Junior, and Senior) with experience or interest in architectural design, drafting, and project coordination. Candidates will work on projects from concept design to construction documentation, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in or lead architectural design projects based on experience level
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documentation
- Work on Revit (BIM) models and maintain drawing accuracy
- Coordinate with team members, consultants, and clients
- Ensure designs meet project requirements and building regulations
- Support project timelines and documentation processes
Experience Requirements
- Fresher Architect: 0–1 year (Internship experience acceptable)
- Junior Architect: 1–3 years of experience
- Senior Architect: 3+ years of experience in design and project coordination
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Revit (BIM)
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drafting
- Understanding of construction drawings and detailing
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience with design development and site coordination
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
- Familiarity with tools like SketchUp, Lumion, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
