We are looking for enthusiastic and well experienced candidate for post of Production Executive.
Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 Years
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc.
Job Location: Plant, Sojitra, Dist. Anand, Gujarat
Key Skills Required:
- In-depth knowledge of implementing production batches and production schedules
- Experience in handling successful plant audits (clients & regulatory authorities)
- Ability to manage entire plant-level activities under the guidance of Director – Production
- Strong understanding of GMP norms and documentation
- Production planning, managing, directing, and controlling operations
Job Responsibilities:
- Manufacture products in accordance with approved standards and procedures
- Safely and effectively handle equipment and supplies
- Monitor and report production progress to the Plant Head regularly
- Work as per set objectives and milestones
- Prioritize and plan tasks to meet production deadlines
- Record and report test results to the Supervisor
- Ensure final products meet quality and customer specifications
- Train junior chemists on testing procedures
- Ensure proper labelling and correct usage of materials
- Investigate issues, analyse root causes, and define resolutions
- Suggest procedural improvements to achieve project objectives
- Develop and standardize procedures to improve quality and efficiency
- Ensure GMP-compliant documentation and establish quality systems
