We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid social strategy across Meta platforms Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger. You will plan, execute, and optimise high-ROI campaigns, working closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to scale customer acquisition and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns (prospecting, retargeting, lookalike)
- Own budget allocation and bid strategy across campaigns
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
- Analyse performance data and deliver weekly/monthly reports
- Collaborate with design to iterate on ad creatives quickly
- Monitor ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR and optimise toward targets
- Stay updated on Meta algorithm changes and new ad formats
- Manage pixel setup, custom conversions, and event tracking
- Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience
- Proven track record managing ₹5L+ monthly ad spend
- Strong understanding of campaign objectives and funnel stages
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Events Manager
- Experience with Google Analytics, GA4, or third-party attribution tools
- Analytical mindset comfortable with Excel/Sheets and dashboards
- Knowledge of creative best practices for social (video, carousel, UGC)
- Meta Blueprint certification is a plus
