We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee records, onboarding, and other HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Handle employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
- Assist in performance management and training programs.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team.
