Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Liaisoning to lead all statutory approval and liaisoning activities for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in obtaining approvals from PMC, PMRDA, and other government authorities, ensuring timely project approvals and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end liaisoning activities for all real estate projects.
- Obtain statutory approvals from PMC, PMRDA, Town Planning, Revenue, Fire, Airport Authority, MSEDCL, and other regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, legal teams, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with DCPR, MRTP Act, RERA, and other applicable regulations.
- Monitor approval timelines and resolve regulatory issues to avoid project delays.
- Maintain strong relationships with government officials and statutory authorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- 15+ years of liaisoning experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of PMC, PMRDA, and Maharashtra statutory approval processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
