Designation: Sr Sales Executive /Sales Executive – B2B Corporate Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Cluster Sales Head
Job Summary
Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, the Sales Executive will be responsible for
generating corporate business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue
growth for the organization. The role involves identifying new business opportunities,
managing existing corporate accounts, and promoting hospitality services (F&B, events,
catering, tie-ups, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
1. Identify and develop new B2B corporate clients for restaurant tie-ups, bulk orders, events,
and catering services.
2. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and market visits.
3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
5. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow-up regularly.
Client Relationship Management
6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
7. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
8. Address client queries, concerns, and service-related issues promptly.
9. Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth delivery of service.
Market & Revenue Growth
10. Identify new market opportunities and corporate tie-ups.
11. Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
12. Suggest strategies to increase revenue and brand presence.
Coordination & Reporting
13. Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Marketing) for seamless execution.
14. Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
15. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
16. Track payments and ensure timely collections from clients.
Operational Support
17. Assist in organizing corporate events, promotions, and activations.
18. Ensure proper documentation and agreement execution with clients.
19. Support in pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
