Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at our Bengaluru center located on Sarjapur Road .
The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing evidence-based intervention for children experiencing speech, language, communication, social communication, feeding, and swallowing difficulties.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with families, educators, Occupational Therapists, Behavioral Therapists, Special Educators, and Psychologists to design and implement individualized therapy programs that improve communication skills and overall quality of life.
Salary : Rs 40000 to Rs 65000 per month plus yearly bonus*
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
* Develop individualized therapy goals and intervention plans.
* Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
* Support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Developmental Delays, Learning Disabilities, Speech Sound Disorders, and Social Communication Disorders.
* Maintain accurate clinical records, progress notes, and therapy documentation without fail
* Provide parent coaching, home programs, and caregiver guidance.
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
* Monitor and track client progress and modify treatment plans as required.
* Contribute to the development of innovative therapy practices and technology-enabled service delivery.
Qualifications Requirements
* Minimum 2+ years of pediatric therapy experience.(Mandatory)
* Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (MASLP/M.Sc SLP) or equivalent.
* RCI Registration mandatory
* Strong clinical knowledge of speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders.
* Excellent assessment and intervention planning skills.
* Strong interpersonal and family engagement skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
* Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, Developmental Delays, and Learning Disabilities.
* Knowledge of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) systems.
* Experience in Early Intervention and School Readiness Programs.
* Strong documentation and progress-tracking skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
