Senior Accountant
- 5+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance.
- Candidates with strong experience in accounting, banking operations, reconciliations, and financial reporting are preferred.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting, balance sheets, banking operations, and core finance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, managing accounting activities, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and other financial reports.
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Handle banking transactions and bank reconciliations.
- Manage cash flow and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required financial documents.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and internal teams on financial matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Balance Sheet preparation and analysis.
- Good knowledge of banking operations and bank reconciliations.
- Strong understanding of core finance and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with accounting software such as Busy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage financial information accurately and confidentially.
- CA Inter / M.Com or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
