We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years 2 Homeroom Teacher (HRT) who believes in child-centred, play-based learning and is committed to fostering the holistic development of young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based and play-based learning experiences aligned with the IB PYP philosophy.
- Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that nurtures every child's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Observe, assess, and document student learning, maintaining accurate records and portfolios.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students.
- Foster independence, creativity, curiosity, and positive learning behaviours.
- Build strong partnerships with parents through regular communication, conferences, and progress updates.
- Collaborate effectively with grade-level colleagues, specialist teachers, and school leadership.
- Participate actively in curriculum planning, professional development, school events, and co-curricular activities.
- Ensure the well-being, safety, and safeguarding of every child at all times.
- Integrate technology meaningfully to enhance teaching and learning.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
