Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and experience in preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with clients, and managing project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Develop 2D and 3D plans using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare project documentation, BOQs, and presentations.
- Review construction work to ensure quality and design compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and building regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
