Job Summary
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing dealer and distributor networks, generating leads, and supporting sales growth for PVC products. The role involves market research, client acquisition, relationship management, and coordination with production and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Support
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in PVC products (pipes, fittings, profiles, sheets, etc.)
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, exhibitions, and industry contacts
- Assist in expanding dealer, distributor
- Support sales targets and revenue growth in assigned territories
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market surveys to identify demand, competitors, pricing, and trends
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management
- Track competitor activities and suggest strategies to improve market share
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, and industrial clients
- Coordinate product demos, samples, and technical discussions where required
- Handle basic customer queries and ensure timely resolution
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for order execution
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and market activity reports
- Maintain CRM and client databases accurately
Marketing & Promotion
- Support marketing campaigns, trade fairs, and product launches
- Assist in promotional activities and brand visibility initiatives
- Share product knowledge and updates with channel partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- Diploma/degree in Polymer, Plastics, or Mechanical Engineering is an added advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of PVC products and manufacturing processes (preferred)
- Should have background of agricultural tractor etc
- Ability to analyze market data and customer needs
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales
- Result-oriented and self-motivated
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Experience in PVC / plastic / building materials / agricultural equipments industry preferred
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
