About the Role:
We're looking for a trader who can teach - someone who has lived the markets and can now help students build the discipline, execution, and mindset to trade consistently. This is not a theoretical role. You will be on the floor, in the trenches with teaching students online.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver live sessions and send class links; be available for doubt resolution
- Run weekly assessments and review student trading journals on Notion
- Track individual student progress and flag those who are struggling early
- Teach execution, risk management, and trading psychology — with zero profit guarantees
What We're Looking For:
- A strong, experienced trader with a proven track record
- Someone who can communicate complex concepts with clarity and patience
- Disciplined, accountable, and consistent
Bonus Points:
- Prior teaching, coaching, or mentoring experience in finance or trading

Compensation: ₹30,000–₹50,000/month
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
