Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Construction Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and support the growth of construction and interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, sales coordination, project discussions, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in construction and interior projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals and quotations.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with architects, project teams, and management during project discussions.
- Maintain client databases and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of construction, interior, or real estate industry preferred.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Good presentation and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
- Self-motivated with strong networking skills.
Qualification
- MBA / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in construction, real estate, or interior sales/business development preferred.
- Strong professional network and client relationship skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹11,529.06 - ₹40,970.57 per month
