About The Role: We are currently looking for Back Office Executive - Quotation Department who will be responsible for working with the sales & marketing teams and managers. This position will be directly responsible for day-to-day operations of the Quotation Department.

Responsibilities:
- To prepare quotation / commercial offer as per requirement of customer

To create and fill vendor registration forms

To communicate with customer in regards to submitted quotation

Communicate with all departments involved in completing quotations

Coordinate with Post – Sales Process Team

Perform other related duties as requested by supervisor or manager.
Candidate Qualifications:
-
1-2 years of Experience required in the same or relatable field
- Preferred Qualification: Graduates / Bachelor’s Degree Holder

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP and sales software programs

Ability to coordinate with various departments at the same time

Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, and clients

Good team player, honest, and willing to be cooperative with fellow colleagues.
