Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Diploma Engineer Trainee to join our organization. The trainee will undergo structured training in engineering operations, project execution, maintenance, quality control, and safety practices. Upon successful completion of the training period, the candidate may be considered for a permanent role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist engineers in day-to-day production, maintenance, and project activities.
- Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Prepare and maintain engineering reports, checklists, and documentation.
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Follow preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth project execution.
- Participate in inspections, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Learn and implement engineering best practices and company SOPs.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering / Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are preferred.
Required Skills
- Basic technical knowledge in the relevant engineering discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to read engineering drawings (preferred).
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude and discipline.
Training Period
- 6 to 12 months (as per company policy).
Working Conditions
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, if applicable.
Career Growth
Successful trainees may be confirmed as Junior Engineer, Project Engineer, Production Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or other suitable positions based on performance and business requirements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
