JOB TITLE: Customer Service Executive (Non-Sales)
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days and Shift Timing : Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
1st & 3rd Saturday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (working)
2nd & 4th Saturday: Week-off Sunday: Week-off
Roughly 5.5 working days a week on average, including two Saturdays a month.
Qualification: Graduation mandatory in (any stream)
Communication Requirement: Good English Communication Skills and Marathi speaking
Salary:
The offered CTC (Cost to Company) is Rs. 28,000 per month, with an in-hand salary in the range of Rs. 18,000 – Rs. 23,000 per month depending on statutory deductions such as PF and ESIC/insurance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer queries through calls or support channels
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers
- Update customer interaction details in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum SSC / HSC Pass (Graduates Preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Good customer handling attitude
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
