Essential Qualification
- Ph.D. in a relevant discipline from a recognized University/Institution.
- Preferably from Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, & related domains or from Circuit technology branches.
- Associate Professor or eligible for Associate Professor position under UGC/AICTE norms.
- Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) with outstanding research credentials may also be considered.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience with Ph.D.
Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following:
- Ph.D. Supervision
- Research Publications in SCI/Scopus/Web of Science Journals
- Sponsored Research Projects
- Research Administration
Desirable Qualifications
Experience in:
- Research and Development Cell (RDC)
- Institutional Research Committees
- Research Ethics Committee
- Ph.D. Regulations & Monitoring
- NIRF Research Metrics
- NAAC and NBA Research Documentation
- Patent Filing and Technology Transfer
Responsibilities
- Establishment and strengthening of Research Ecosystem.
- Research policy implementation.
- Research funding and grant acquisition.
- Publication quality enhancement.
- Ph.D. programme coordination.
- Ranking and accreditation research indicators.
General Information
- Salary and benefits shall be as per 6th pay and DA as per University norms and commensurate with qualifications, experience, and achievements.
