Job Summary
Star Shine Export Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, attendance and payroll coordination, policy implementation, and ensuring a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll processes.
- Monitor employee performance and support appraisal activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Organize training and employee engagement programs.
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
