- Site Management & Safety: Enforce health and safety practices, including PPE compliance, to create a safe work environment. Conduct routine inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Operational Control: Coordinate subcontractors, personnel, and daily work schedules. Manage deliveries, inventory, and materials usage on site.
- Quality Control & Reporting: Interpret blueprints and technical documents to ensure work aligns with project specifications. Complete daily site reports, documentation, and attendance records.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve on-site technical problems or delays and suggest improvements.
