Position: Utility Manager – PV Cell Plant (Narmadapuram MP)
Experience: 10–12 Years
Industry: Solar PV Cell Manufacturing
Manage overall utility operations and maintenance for the PV Cell manufacturing plant.
Handle HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, cooling water and process water systems.
Manage utility projects, installation, commissioning and plant expansion activities.
Ensure uninterrupted utility supply to critical PV Cell production processes.
Plan preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of utility equipment.
Monitor energy consumption, utility efficiency and operating costs.
Manage utility CAPEX, contractors, vendors and project execution.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance and EHS teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and statutory requirements.
Lead troubleshooting, RCA and corrective actions for utility failures.
Drive energy-saving, reliability improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
Prepare utility MIS, budgets, KPIs and management reports.
Lead, train and manage the utility operations and maintenance team.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical or relevant discipline.
