Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UPS systems, battery banks, and diesel generators. The candidate will be responsible for supervising installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of power backup systems to ensure uninterrupted power supply and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of UPS systems, battery banks.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule.
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in power backup systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.
- Ensure proper load management and backup system reliability.
- Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
- Train and guide technicians and junior staff.
- Conduct periodic inspections and performance testing of equipment.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma EEE/ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in UPS, battery systems, and generator maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and power distribution.
- Experience with UPS and battery banks.
- Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
