Job Overview:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to work closely with internal teams and government officials to ensure the successful execution of government partnership programs across Bihar.
The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, experience working with government bodies, and a willingness to travel extensively across districts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and key stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end implementation of large-scale government education projects.
- Visit districts across Bihar to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Ensure identification, onboarding, and active participation of students in the assigned projects.
- Track project progress and prepare reports for leadership and government stakeholders.
- Document project achievements, success stories, challenges, and key discussions.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Must belong to the same district or a nearby district within Bihar.
- Experience in managing relationships with government departments or officials.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including rural field visits.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project management or client management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Prior experience working on government projects will be an added advantage.
